Veste-am adus! We brought good tidings to you!

Our Lord, Jesus was born. This is the message of this wonderful carol. I hope you will like it.

As Reny asked me to give her the lyrics I tried to translate them in order to be sung. :) Good luck !
Here they are:

News we have brought you
News we have brought you

News we have brought you
News we have brought you

You good people who stay indoors
with a fir tree branch and nuts on the table
We brought you good news
He was born, He was born - Jesus.
As the prophets had said
Christ was born of Virgin Mary
This is our news
He was born, He was born - Jesus.

Refrain: Our Saviour was born
            Our Lord and Redeemer
            We brought you good news
              He was born Jesus.
Our Saviour was born
            Our Lord and Redeemer
            We brought you good news
              He was born Jesus.

Snowflakes are falling on  the poor manger
The Holy child came peace all over to bring
This is our news
He was born, He was born -  Jesus.
The Infant is healthy, great is His mission
God sent Him on Earth with a blessing permission
This is our news
He was born, He was born -  Jesus.

Refrain: …….

The prophets decided to follow the star
Towards Betleem to worship the Infant
This is our  good news
He was born, He was born -  Jesus.
They wanted  to let people know all about
The miracle in the poor manger
This is our news
He was born, He was born -  Jesus.

Refrain: ….

Thanks so much, Valy! The choir is fantastic! I liked it and I think to learn the song with my pupils.
Would you send me the lyrics if it possible?
Kind regards, Reny

It's a very nice song, Valerica. It's so soft. Thank you.

Of course, Valy! You can send me the lyrics into Romanian but I'd prefer a text into English because of my pupils.
Thanks a lot!
Kind regards, Reny

Hi Valy, I really liked that song. Christmas is the biggest magic for young children from my kindergarden. Greetings from Shumen: Svetla

OK, Reny! I'll try an English version in order to be sung by your students.
