Happy New Year from Bulgaria
The children hold in their hands decorated stick called surovaknitsa. Young children in Bulgaria visit their relatives on 1th January. The children bless the New Year by gently patting them on the back for health. We wish you a successful New year - we surovakame you ( we gently patting you on the back for health) with this song.

Portuguese poem
Hello!
We are portuguese pupils from São Mateus School and we want to declaim you a portuguese poem.
Miguel Torga is the author.
We hope you like it!
This is the poem' idea:
Ancient history
Once upon a time there in Judea a king.
Ugly beast, moreover:
A man without a donkey halter
And two large braids.
We looked, looked and saw
What that figure had not
Eyes of those who love children.
And indeed, this was the case.
Because one day,
The evil,
Only by having the power of who is king
Why not take heart,
Just like that,
Has killed as many as were small
In cities and villages of the nation.
But, by chance or miracle happened
That was a donkey through the sand,
fled
Those hands a little one blood
That the sun of life alive solicitous;
And it was enough
This span of dream
To fill this world with joy;
To grow, to be God;
And get the hell of it braids,
Just because he did not like children.

A Romanian carol for you
Merry Christmas to you, all our partners, sent from Romania! This carol tells the story of the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ. My students sang it for their friends from Portugal, Bulgaria , Poland. We know Turkey doesn't celebrate Christmas, but we also send our best wishes to Turkish students.

Dear Beti, my students have a surprise for our Portuguese partners. They tried to learn a Christmas song in Portuguese as I had told you in one of my mails. They worked hard and here you are our video. I am sure the pronunciation isn't perfect. Please don't laugh . :) We all enjoyed singing.

I would inspired by the great video of Svetla "The old train". Drawing on Associations is really innovative. Here is my first experience with children. They tried to draw and to show their works in relevant the melody of the song "Hello!".
